Summer Adventure Camp starts on Monday - hooray! We’re looking forward to a week of swimming, creating, playing and ALL OUT FUN.

Who are those people in the purple t-shirts? We’re so glad you asked! Every family at Camp Kaleidoscope is paired with a Family Partner, a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) graduate student. These “Purple Shirts” support kids and families throughout camp and receive clinical hours toward their degrees. The connection between campers and their Family Partners is truly magical. As one of them recently shared: “Going forward, I will carry this experience into my future practice as a speech-language pathologist by remembering that successful intervention is not always measured by structured therapy tasks or data alone. Sometimes the greatest success is helping a child feel comfortable enough to build a meaningful connection with another person.”

Hooray for Camp K! We had the most amazing four days at our camp for families who have kids with autism. Joy and laughter were in abundance, the food was incredible and the weather was perfect. A HUGE thank you to all the staff, volunteers, and donors who make this very special camp possible. We couldn’t have done it without you.💜💚💛

“We hosted our first ever Mindset and Wellness retreat for our company at Common Ground Center. I will start by saying if you enjoy quiet, peaceful, beautiful natural landscapes of Vermont then you will be at home. It is beautiful there. The facilities are great. Every single meal was perfect. There was more than enough space for our guests. The eco lodge offered great accommodations for all of them and our team was able to stay in the cabins close to the bath house which gave us the privacy we needed away from the participants. The Hay barn is incredible, the perfect space for all of our sessions and a perfect rustic charm blank canvas we were able to dress up a little to fit the vibe of our programs. Every single one of our guests was blown away and asking us when the next retreat will be before they even finished the second day. We are so happy how everything turned out.
