Carlann’s journey into hospitality is rooted in both courage and passion. After beginning her career in the travel sector, she recognized the need to reinvent herself and found her true calling in creating meaningful guest experiences. Today, she leads the Hilton Garden Inn Staten Island with heart, expertise, and a genuine love for people. She was introduced to Lois and Richard Nicotra, and she’s been an integral part of their vision for elevated hospitality ever since. Her leadership reflects that vision daily, inspiring her Team to go beyond expectations and create stays that feel effortless, warm, and truly memorable.
Carlann is often seen working alongside her Team, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: if guests leave feeling “taken care of,” then the job has been done right.
