Good morning ☀️! With Labor Day weekend quickly approaching, whether you’re camping or going to a family picnic what is your favorite side dish to bring and what is your favorite side dish to eat!?

I enjoy the cold side dishes, especially when it’s warm out. There’s just something about a tomato feta cheese and lettuce with a light drizzle of a vinaigrette. That is my favorite to eat. Although I always seem to take with me a parfait salad of some sort, whether it’s ambrosia salad or a poundcake fruit parfait.

Ok, who did it???

We are experiencing a power outage in the campground along with over 1000 other customers. The electric company is aware and has an estimated time of power back on at 10:30 PM.

Please be patient with the staff, when there is no power in the campground there is no phones, no Internet, no computers. If you have an emergency, please contact the Emergency After hours number on your map.

Today, we want to thank our long term operational management team Holly and Karl for 40 months of dedicated service! The entire staff at Statesville I-77 RV Park will miss their daily presence! They have led the team into making Statesville an amazing campground to staff, long term, and overnight guests a pleasure. The with and dedication they did for Hurricane Helene victims is one that made us all very proud to call them family, friends, and staff.

Today we celebrate them, their retirement, and new roles with the company.

We would like to take a moment and offer our deepest sympathies to the Parton family. Dolly was an amazing soul with honor and integrity. May she meet Karl in the folds of heaven as she looks down upon the rest of us. She will live in our hearts forever.
