Vacation Lodging Company has always been focused on serving homeowners and travelers visiting the ski resort destinations within the Rocky Mountains. We've done so with our local "Rentals By Owner" brands since 2003, and our Mountain Vacation Lodging Brand since 2017. In recent years, word of mouth has led to growth beyond this region, to include properties in Scottsdale, AZ, and Seattle, WA. We have been preparing to launch our TripRentals brand, and will be going live with over 100,000 properties on day 1. All but 150 or so of those are from partner companies, but our core mission, and what makes us so proud of our work, is the services we provide to those 150+ homeowners who work directly with us. We are a rental agency specializing in vacation homes in mountain resort destinations across the Rocky Mountain region. Based in Steamboat Springs, we are looking to hire locally. The Guest Services Agent is a full time work from home position with pay of $18-20 per hour DOQ.

Additional benefits include Paid Time Off, Unpaid Time Off, a merchant ski pass program, Old Town Hot Springs/Gym membership, discounted lodging accommodations, a positive and professional work environment, and flexible scheduling. The GSA will have the opportunity for advancement to the Vacation Rental Specialist position, which includes opportunities for earning commissions on lodging reservations. Scheduled shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities include communication with guests, resolution of inquiries and issues, processing of reservations, payments, and other computer/clerical work.

Big news for Steamboat and Winter Park!

Steamboat Ski Resort has embarked on a new chapter in its 5X-year history, with the news Monday morning that Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc., has been acquired by ski resorts operator Aspen Skiing Co LLC and private equity firm KSL Capital Partners LLC for about $1.5 billion, including debt.
