ā„ļøPrepping for ski season! Itā€™s kinda brown right now, but thereā€™s a lot happening and some big updates to share:

The Astrid development has started construction up the hill. A road is being built across our ski trail to The Astrid, so youā€™ll need to take skis off to cross the road.

The good news is that for anyone who canā€™t afford The Astridā€™s multi-million dollar condos, we have the same INCREDIBLE view here at Ski Inn and you can still ski in and ski out despite the road. Our protected nature area remains intact and weā€™ll still have those beautiful aspens to buffer the new buildings in spring, summer, and fall. šŸ„°šŸ”ļø

Snow making has begun at Steamboat Resort and the atmosphere is getting festive! If youā€™re joining us this holiday season, you will enjoy our little Christmas tree.

And finally, although you might not be thinking summertime right now, weā€™re happy to share that we installed air conditioning in Ski Inn 322. Summer is usually very pleasant and many condos donā€™t have A/C, but occasionally itā€™s hot in the afternoon. This will be a welcome amenity for visitors.

šŸ«Ž Theyā€™re the tallest mammals in North America! Adult moose can stand over 6 feet tall at the shoulder ā€” and thatā€™s not even counting their antlers.ā£
