The Olympic Qualifier is coming to Steamboat Resort December 3 - 4, 2021! This event will be the first and only big air qualifying event for Beijing 2022.

U.S. Ski & Snowboard today announced three U.S. Olympic freeski and snowboard qualifying stops for the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022: the Toyota U.S. Grand Prix series and the Visa Big Air presented by Toyota.

Summer activities begin at Steamboat Resort next Friday, June 18th! Operations will be from 10:00am to 6:00pm Thursday - Monday.

We are excited to welcome you back to next Friday, June 18th for summer activities including the Outlaw Mountain Coaster, Maverick Mini Golf, Burgess Creek Beach, hiking, dining and scenic chairlift rides and mountain biking via Christie Lift. Although the CDC came out with new guidance on face masks, please know that the current public health order in Routt County, and the protocols in place at The Steamboat Grand, still require a face covering indoors and outdoors when you cannot socially distance. If you are planning to visit this weekend, remember to mask up and help us provide a health environment for all.

Face masks are still required in Routt County per the local public health order. The CDC issued guidance on Thursday on face masks, but the CDC does not issue public health orders. The state still has a public health order on facial coverings and Routt County has a public health order that requires masks indoors and outdoors when you cannot socially distance. The state's public health order may change today or tomorrow and the Routt County Board of Health meets on Tuesday at 1:00pm to discuss adjusting or rescinding the local public health order. Until then, face masks are still required in Routt County.
