Join us Saturday, October 24th, for a fun-filled day!

🚜 Hayride & Halloween Lot Hop — Meet at the Clubhouse at NOON! Dress the kiddos in their best Halloween costumes!

🍦 Ice Cream for the Kids — The Board will be serving ice cream at the Clubhouse when the kiddos return!

🔥 Bonfire at the Clay Pits — Keep the fun going afterward!

🐷 200 lb Hog Roast — $15 plates, cash only, with all earnings going toward Clubhouse upgrades!

🎧 Austin Sprock will be DJ’ing to keep the fun going day and night!

ATTENTION WILDWOOD LOT OWNERS - ASSESSMENT BALLOT NOTICE

Ballots regarding the proposed $100.00 annual assessment increase per lot were mailed out today, October 13th.

An information sheet is included with each ballot explaining the proposed changes.

As discussed at our recent Lot Owners Meeting, we also want to make sure those who were unable to attend are aware of the following clarification:

Bylaw 8.3.4(a) addresses the annual assessment amounts and is the provision affected by the proposed increase.

Bylaw 8.3.4(e) is NOT being changed and is NOT part of the ballot. This provision was adopted in October 2020 and states:

“Any lot purchased after 1/1/2021 will be assessed the same primary rate, for each and all lots. Lot purchased prior to 1/1/2021 are grandfathered in accordance with 8.3.4.a.”

This provision will remain in effect and continue to apply alongside Bylaw 8.3.4(a).

If approved, the proposed $100.00 annual assessment increase per lot owned would take effect beginning with the 2027 assessment year and would not affect 2026 assessments.

Ballot Deadline: November 14, 2026

We encourage all lot owners to review the information provided and return their ballots before the deadline.

Ballot Reminder

Lot Owners, please remember that ballots are due Wednesday, September 30th by 4:00 PM.

The Office is open today until 4:30 PM, closed Tuesday, and will reopen Wednesday at 8:00 AM.

All hand delivered ballots must be placed in the locked ballot box inside the Office no later than 4:00 PM Wednesday. No late ballots will be accepted.

BOIL ADVISORY LIFTED

Great news! The water samples have passed, and the voluntary boil advisory has officially been lifted.

Thank you to all of our lot owners and guests for your patience and cooperation while the repairs were completed and testing was conducted!
