📢 Wildwood Lot Owners Association - Election Season is Here! 📢

Applications are now being accepted for both the Board of Directors and Park Council positions.

• Must be a Member Eligible to Run for Election (all assessments, loans, and service fees current and paid as agreed)
• Must have either:
• Served on Park Council for at least one year, OR
• Been a Wildwood member for at least three years

As we head into this Friday, we wanted to remind everyone how important it is that all vehicles, UTVs, and ATVs display current 2026 decals, the GREEN decals.

Over the weekend, we noticed several expired decals still being used around the park. Wildwood only works when everyone does their part, and unpaid decals ultimately hurt the entire community.

If you notice vehicles, UTVs, or ATVs using the trails, common ground, or amenities without current 2026 decals displayed, please help us by taking a photo while they are on common ground and emailing it to [email protected].

What a weekend at Wildwood! 🇺🇸

We want to give a HUGE thank you to all of the volunteers who stepped up and helped throughout the weekend. Events and busy holiday weekends like this would not be possible without people willing to give their time and support the park.

An even bigger shoutout goes to our incredible staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes all weekend long. From housekeeping, pool security, maintenance, regular security, and the office staff, everyone was nonstop working to help make the weekend enjoyable for all lot owners and guests.

A lot of people only see the finished product, but there is a tremendous amount of work that goes on behind the scenes before, during, and after the weekend. Attached are just a few photos showing some of the hard work that went into everything everyone got to enjoy this weekend.

When you see one of our employees or volunteers around the park, please take a moment to thank them for everything they do for Wildwood. Their hard work and dedication truly do not go unnoticed.

Please take a moment to review the attached flyers and remind your guests to respect the roads and obey the 20 MPH speed limit throughout the park.

A lot of time, effort, and money goes into maintaining our gravel roads, and unsafe driving such as spinning donuts damages them for everyone.

We ask all lot owners to help us spread the word to guests this holiday weekend:

• Respect the roads
• Follow the speed limit
• Be mindful of families, kids, walkers, and other drivers

If you see something, say something. Working together helps keep Wildwood safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Have your insurance card ready to help speed up the process and be patient with the gate staff during busy times.

🇺🇸 Please respect the roads, speed limits, amenities, and staff so everyone can enjoy a safe and fun holiday weekend at Wildwood!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Weekend Reminder 🇺🇸

Please remember that holiday weekend guest pricing is in effect for this weekend.

Guest Passes:
• $25 for the holiday weekend
• The normal $10 guest rate will not resume until Monday, May 25

Guest ATV/UTV Passes: • $35 per day

We’ve also got a fun-filled weekend planned at Wildwood!

🍳 Park Council Clubhouse Kitchen breakfast served Saturday morning from 7AM-10AM (or until sold out)

🎶 Live music Saturday night with Sundown Shot from 7PM-11PM

🎧 DJ at the clubhouse Sunday

🛍️ Craft Fair Sunday from 12PM-4PM

Cajun Catfish House food truck will be in the park Saturday & Sunday starting at 11AM

Pool is ready for the holiday weekend!

We ask that all guests and lot owners please be respectful of all amenities, common areas, comfort stations, staff, and the roads throughout the park so everyone can enjoy a safe and fun weekend together.

We’ve had a few questions about the “AI info” label some people are seeing on posts. Facebook automatically adds those labels to certain images or graphics, especially when using design tools, effects, or AI-assisted features during creation.

The information shared on this page still comes directly from the Wildwood Lot Owners Association. We just use different tools to help create flyers, and graphics more efficiently. We’ve actually received a lot of great feedback on the flyers and posts being shared!
