The details set the scene, but it was the lived-in moments that really brought it to life. Carissa + Bryant’s reception was such a good example of what we love about the event center. It’s a space that can take on an entirely different feel depending on the couple behind it.

Their florals, tablescapes, and personal touches made the room feel completely their own, but seeing it filled with their favorite people is when it all came together. That’s the best part: watching a space go from thoughtfully designed to fully lived in.

A beautiful ceremony space made even better by the sweet moments that filled it. Carissa + Bryant’s February wedding was everything + more. 🤍

One of our favorite parts of being a venue is getting to watch this space go from an empty room to this. Full of flowers, happy tears, nervous smiles, your favorite people + one really big “I do.”

One of the best parts of keeping your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place? You actually get to experience cocktail hour with your guests.

No rushing between venues. No disappearing for photos while everyone else mingles. Just a drink in hand, time with your favorite people, and a chance to soak it all in before the celebration carries into the reception.

One of the questions we hear most often is, “How far in advance should we book?”

If only we had a crystal ball.

Some couples book two years out. Others find their perfect date just months before. Every season looks a little different.

What we do know is this: early summer 2027 is nearly spoken for.

We have one Saturday remaining in May and one Saturday remaining in June for weddings at the Lora Event center.

If you’ve been envisioning a summer wedding celebration in the heart of historic downtown Stillwater, we’d love to see if one of those weekends is the one you’ve been waiting for.
