The address is 14400 E Spur N, Stockton, Missouri if you'd like to take a look at the property. If you do, make sure to drive past it two tenths of a mile on the dead end road to reach the historic bridge, mill, and Sac River!

There is a one-time $45 application processing fee that goes to a third party, however, if your application is approved and you sign a lease, we will take $45 off of your first month's rent. No other fees.
