We had a fantastic time today participating in the Iowa Tourism Insider meeting at the historic Cobblestone Ballroom. We were excited to partner together with so many tourism leaders in the state to continue to grow the awareness of what an incredible state we live in!

In a galaxy not so far away… the battle continues: Police vs. Fire

We at the Storm Lake Police Department say we’re the Jedi...calm, disciplined, and keeping order in the galaxy.

Storm Lake Fire Department says they’re the real heroes.....running into danger while everyone else runs away (and yes… they cook better meals at the station).

The truth?

The truth? We’re on the same team, working to protect our galaxy.

While we may debate who’d win a lightsaber duel, we agree on the important stuff like traffic safety.

Slow down.....this isn't pod racing people!
Stay alert. Avoid the Dark Side of distracted driving.

Whether it’s blue lights or red lights, we’re all here to keep the City of Storm Lake safe.

At the end of the day, whether it’s blue or red, we’re all on the same side keeping the City of Storm Lake safe.

Nosotros, en el Departamento de Policía de Storm Lake, decimos que somos los Jedi... tranquilos, disciplinados y encargados de mantener el orden en la galaxia.

El Departamento de Bomberos de Storm Lake dice que ellos son los verdaderos héroes... corriendo hacia el peligro mientras todos los demás huyen (y sí... cocinan mejores comidas en la estación).
