Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable, customer focused Full-Time Night Auditor to join our team. If you enjoy providing exceptional guest service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
Provide outstanding customer service during overnight hours
Complete nightly audit procedures and reports
Handle reservations, guest requests, and phone calls
Balance daily transactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk
Work independently while ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills required
Hotel experience preferred, but not required we are willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts
Positive attitude and professional appearance
