Beautiful souls at the end of a beautiful Equinox Retreat at Sterling Forest last weekend.

We host them on the Solstices and Equinoxes and the themes and offerings vary for each time of year and each group. All of which seek to inspire us to live more consciously.

Coming up March 27th-30th is our annual Spring Equinox Experience at Sterling Forest Lodge.

This three-night getaway is a perfect opportunity to connect with the end of the winter season as we begin to transition into the renewal period of spring.

Spring is a celebration of fresh new beginnings, and lodge owners and wellness guides Heather and Blake are excited and inspired to talk all things renewal during this bright time of year.

Think Ayurvedic self-care tips, uplifting movement and meditation, our unique mindful forest experience, and planting new seeds of intention for this fertile season.

And of course all of these spring-infused offerings will be sprinkled with the cozy classics like council fires, outdoor adventures, and wood-fired hydrotherapy.

Here at the lodge we don’t believe in bad weather, just poor preparation.

So to keep us out enjoying the magic of winter in these cold and dry months, we layer up with everything from our clothing to our skincare.
