The newest trail in Cady Hill Forest is officially open, and it’s literally right outside our door!

The Stowe Trails Partnership recently opened Palisades, a new beginner-friendly mountain biking and hiking connector trail that starts directly off the driveway at The Stowe Village Inn and leads right into the Cady Hill Forest trail network.

Located at 123 Mountain Road, Palisades makes it possible to go from your stay, dinner at Grant’s, or a day in Stowe Village straight onto the trails in just minutes — no driving required.

Palisades Trail Details:
🌿 Green / Beginner
🚲 Mountain biking + hiking
📍 Trailhead directly off our driveway
🥾 ~0.44 miles
⛰️ 123 feet of elevation gain
🌲 Connects into Cady Hill Forest

Stowe Village Inn + Grant’s have teamed up with PATH to bring you our very own branded, reusable aluminum water bottles and they’re officially in the gift shop! 🏔️

Each bottle comes prefilled and chilled, ready to grab and go. Once you’ve finished, refill it and keep using it!

Take a closer look and you’ll find Mt. Mansfield, a covered bridge, a maple sugar tree, and plenty of other little Stowe themed Easter eggs hidden throughout the design. 🍁

Grab yours on your next visit — because Stowe looks pretty good in a bottle. 💙

The Stowe Village Inn is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our crew!

We're looking for someone with general experience in any or all of the following:
• Electrical
• Mechanical repairs
• Plumbing
• Carpentry

Bonus skills:
✔ Familiarity with smart locks, smart switches, or other smart building technology
✔ Comfortable learning new technology, including a mobile app used to organize maintenance tasks, work orders, and property issues

The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is always willing to learn.

The watermelon is officially GONE! A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Stowe Village Inn today to celebrate the 4th of July with us. We loved seeing so many smiling faces enjoying a sweet summer treat.
A special thank you to the Florida Watermelon Association for their generous donation and for helping make the day so much fun.
