Two specials starting tomorrow for the Stowe Lacrosse Festival weekend.

Breakfast Burrito filled with scrambled egg, refried black beans, Cabot cheddar and a choice of bacon, ham or sausage, topped with our housemade tomatillo salsa and dusted with fresh chopped cilantro.

Almond crusted French Toast served served with a dollop of orange butter and drizzled with raspberry maple syrup.

Open faced omelet served on a bed of Vermont chevre topped with caramelized shallots, crumbled bacon and dusted with fresh chopped herbs.

Bananas Foster French Toast served with a scoop of IC Scoops Stowe made vanilla.

Two specials coming up for this hot summer weekend. The first is definitely inspired by the heat😀...

Chilled melon soup with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, a giant maple lemonade ice cube and dusted with fresh cut mint.

Breakfast BLT made with a housemade tomatillo mayo, served with two poached eggs and a few country potatoes.

For all you Mexican Raft lovers out there, we'll have it as a special tomorrow.

For those not familiar with it, The Mexican Raft is two poached eggs served on top of a flour tortilla and refried beans, topped with melted Cabot cheddar and dusted with fresh cut cilantro.

We'll also continue with the Croissant French Toast stuffed with caramelized peaches topped with a scoop of Stowe made IC Scoops vanilla and drizzled with raspberry maple syrup.

A couple of specials for Father's Day breakfast tomorrow.

Wild Mushroom and Bacon hash, served on a bed of Vermont chevre, topped with two poached eggs, dusted with fresh herbs and garnished with a few drops of balsamic reduction.

Croissant French Toast stuffed with caramelized peaches, topped with a scoop of IC Scoops Stowe made vanilla and drizzled with raspberry maple syrup.

Apart from a couple of great specials this weekend, which I'll post tomorrow, we have a special gift for all dads who come for breakfast on Sunday. Actually we have a choice; two versions of the gift, a PC version and a non PC version ;-)
