This is a great opportunity to turn the questions into momentum and urgency while also giving people a real construction update. I’d post it like this:

🌲 TWO QUESTIONS WE KEEP GETTING… AND WE LOVE IT!

The excitement inside this VIP group has been incredible. Thank you for believing in TwinVenture and jumping into this journey with us!

Two questions keep coming up:

1️⃣ “When can we confirm the dates for our pre-booked stay?”

We know you’re ready to get those dates on the calendar! We’re working diligently toward opening and will give our Pre-Booking guests first access to select their stay dates as soon as we can confidently release the booking calendar.

Why not give an exact date today? Construction + Texas weather. ☀️🌧️

We would rather protect your experience than promise a date before we know we can deliver it with excellence.

And speaking of construction… we are MOVING!

We’ve been blessed with some dry weather, so the team is taking full advantage of it—even through these 100° Texas days (with LOTS of water!).

This week:

🏗️ Rooftop decks are going onto our MirroPods
🌲 Our Villas continue to come together
🥂 We’re preparing to pour concrete for the Micro-Wedding & Event Venue
⛳ And we’re preparing the Welcome Center + Golf Simulator room

Every week, this place looks a little less like a construction site and a little more like the TwinVenture we’ve been dreaming about.

2️⃣ “How do I pre-book?”

This is the easy one!

Right now, you can secure your TwinVenture getaway with just $50 down, with the remaining balance due at opening.

And our early Pre-Booking offer can save you up to $500 on your stay with a 2-night minimum.

TwinVenture is being created especially for couples who need more than another weekend away.

A place to have fun together. Adventure together. Slow down. Restore. Reconnect. To have your own private spaces and experiences—and simply get back to you and your person.

We cannot wait for you to experience what we’re building.

A milestone we’ve been dreaming about for years…

TwinVenture Resort has officially landed what we believe is the largest collection of oversized LuxeDwellingCo MirroPods at a single resort in the United States.

Each MirroPod is designed with space and comfort in mind, featuring a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and comfortable living area—all wrapped in a stunning mirrored exterior that blends into the surrounding landscape.

This isn’t just another cabin resort.

It’s a place intentionally designed for adventure by day, wellness by evening, and unforgettable moments under the stars.

And we’re just getting started.

Roads are going in.
Landscaping is underway.
Private spas, hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and plunge pools are next.

The vision is becoming reality, and we can’t wait to welcome our first guests through the gates this fall.

Stay tuned… the best is yet to come.

Excited to announce we will open Fall of 2026!

In true TwinVenture fashion… 😅

We officially landed our FINAL Haven Pod — aka the Treehouse Pod.

And without fail… we broke a glass during install.

But here’s the cool part:

Even though it was completely our fault, our factory team stepped up in a big way and is sending us TWO replacement glass panels.

That’s top-notch customer service.
That’s the kind of partnership that matters when you’re building something big.

The even better news?

Every pod is officially landed and we’ve already started powering these bad boys up. ⚡️

After months of dirt work, roads, piers, cranes, setbacks, wins, problem solving, and long days… seeing these units alive on the property is an unreal feeling.

TwinVenture Resort is getting very, very real.

Big win yesterday.

We dropped two more LuxeDwellingCo MirroPods lakeside at TwinVenture Resort.

Every placement gets us closer to a fully immersive experience—where water, design, and stillness all meet in one place.

Next up on these units:
Hot tubs.
Saunas.
Cold plunge tubs.
Plunge pools.

And we’re not slowing down…

Our final two Haven Pods land next week.

This thing is moving.

What started as vision is becoming something you’ll soon be able to step into.

Stay close.
First bookings are coming soon.
