It is with great sadness that we share the passing of RT Shaw, the former owner of Hog Heaven Campground.

RT was a familiar face to so many who visited the campground over the years. When we purchased the campground, he and his wife, Sheila were two of the kindest people we could have asked for. Through RT’s hard work, vision, and love for the Sturgis Rally community, he helped build Hog Heaven into a place where countless friendships were made and memories were created. A true home away from home for hundreds of guests.

We extend our deepest condolences to RT's family and loved ones during this difficult time. His impact on the campground and the many people who crossed paths with him will not be forgotten.

Please keep RT's family in your thoughts and prayers.

Rest in peace, RT. You will be greatly missed.
