FROM STURGIS TO GERMANY! 🇩🇪♥️🇺🇸

We love seeing our buddies connect after Rally! This is what Buddy’s Campsite is all about! 🏕️

When Jim&Jill from Tennessee stayed with us during this past Sturgis Rally, they met Nicole and Renee from Germany for the very first time. They were complete strangers who happened to become buddies at Buddy’s Campsite!

Fast forward a few months… and look at them now! 🫶🏻

Jim and Jill are in Nuremberg, Germany, visiting their new friends, Nicole and Renee! And they sent us this amazing photo with a special message:

“Greetings to Sturgis!” 🇩🇪🍻

We absolutely LOVE seeing our guests stay connected and continue their friendships long after the Rally is over. It’s incredible to think that a little campsite in Sturgis can bring people together from different states, and even different countries! 🌎 ♥️

Another reason why we do what we do.

At Buddy’s Campsite, you don’t just book a place to sleep. You become part of a community of people who share a love for the Rally, adventure, and good friendships.

⚠️ Attention: ALL buddies inquiring about next year’s 87th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally… This message is to inform you that we are NOT taking any reservations until January timeframe. We ask that you please hang tight until then.

We’ll announce when reservations officially open, so keep an eye on Buddy’s Campsite for updates!

Until then.. Ride safe, enjoy the rest of the year, and we can’t wait to see you all in 2027!

It’s hard to say goodbye to friends who arrived as strangers and leave as family. We’re praying for safe travels, clear roads, and a safe journey home for each and every one of you.

Before the rally officially ends, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the woman behind the scenes - My wife, Christinea!

Every morning, she’s up making coffee for everyone ☕ She does the laundry, cleans and prepares the tents for the next guests, keeps our home clean, and makes certain everything is ready for the next Buddy who walks through our doors.

And every once in a while, she’ll make her world famous pancakes for everyone! 😁 I’ve received SO many compliments about her blueberry and banana pancakes, i’ve lost count.

But what I appreciate most is the way she welcomes everyone into our home. She engages with everyone, makes them feel comfortable, and genuinely enjoys getting to know the people who come to stay with us.

Buddy’s Campsite is named after our dog, Buddy, but Christinea is a huge part of what makes our campsite special. She does so much behind the scenes that many people never see, and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.

Thank you Baby Cakes, for everything you do to make Buddy’s Campsite feel like home 🫶🏻
