The IHG Extended Stay Culture Council Committee is doing a "Fill the Bus" campaign through the end of July 2023, and we need your help! All school supplies and backpacks collected will go to the public schools in our area. Please help us help them, so we can really make a difference. Hello friends! This is “Giving for Good” month at IHG and our Staybridge Suites in Summerville is collecting donations for The Lowcountry Orphan Relief, Lowcountry Food Bank, and Flowertown Elementary. They have listed their needs as follows:

Lowcountry Orphan Relief: Long & short sleeve shirts, shorts, pants. School uniforms, shoes, pajamas, coats, jackets, dresses, plush stuffed animals, books, accessories, bras, sweatshirts & sweatpants. They accept only new items for the following: underwear, diapers, socks, toiletries, school supplies & backpacks.

Lowcountry Food Bank: Canned meats (tuna or chicken), canned fruits, canned vegetables, rice, pastas, and pasta sauce.

Flowertown Elementary School: Folders, pencils, crayons, pencil boxes, and composition notebooks.

If anyone is interested in donating, there are drop off boxes in the lobby of the Staybridge Suites at 225 Holiday Drive in Summerville. Any help that can be provided is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance 😊!

We celebrated our first birthday being open this week at the Staybridge Suites Charleston-Summerville! We certainly had our work cut out for us this year, but got through it better than expected. We are looking forward to an even better 2021!
