Good afternoon,

I wanted to reach out to previous guests looking forward to summer 2021. My calendar is already starting to book up, so if you wanted to return, I honor original rates with annual returning guests, please reserve before it gets too booked up. I know we had a good deal of families looking for a week long rental. I imagine Covid has a lot to do with it as people still want to vacation but want to be distant.

In addition, I wanted to let you know of some key changes at the Lodge:

1) MOST importantly, we have a new cleaning crew. Our experience with the last group was too uneven and we made a change. This new team is really attentive and thorough. I've done a few unannounced visits and am pleased with their work. I feel confident this solves some of the complaints/feedback from last year.

2) New fireplace

3) Foundation work that will alleviate the sporadic water seepage in basement.

4) Solution for the dock when the water levels are so high that will also allow someone to tie up a boat on the other side of our shore station.

5) The upstairs bathroom remodel!!!! Yes - we heard your feedback. The upstairs shower and bath will be completely torn out and redone. If time allows, we may have the downstairs bath done by Memorial Day as well.

6) Cable and Wifi has been added!!
