The Bearlodge Mountain Resort in Sundance, WY has an opening for a workamper or pair of workampers. Compensation is a FHU site (water, septic, 20/30/50 amp service, WiFi, and cable). After 50 hours of work for the site (not per person) the work is paid at $13/hour. Hours are around 25 per week. If you need to take off or just need a break, we'll make that happen. Worst case, I do the work until everyone gets back. Then I hibernate for a time. Duties include cleaning the 7 cabins I have on site and laundry for them. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am so cleaning happens between those hours. Cleaning all 7 cabins in one day is a pretty rare thing, but 4 cabins is kind of average.
I need someone starting around April 1st through November 20th. Start and end dates are flexible. October has started getting quite a bit of snow. If you'd like, you can stay on longer and if you need to leave sooner than that, I'll figure it out. My busy months are June, July, and August.

Mother Nature has sent us some pea soup to help combat the virus! I've also asked several local deer to help keep the nasty at bay. They haven't answered yet. I'm keeping my hopes up.

I've added 8 RV spots to the resort! Currently, these spots provide electricity and water. The hydrants are heated and insulated and should continue to provide water down to -20 degrees. Come enjoy Northeastern Wyoming during the winter! ADVENTURE! $20 per night. These spots are pull-through with 20/30/50 amp service. Come watch the deer graze outside your window, the turkeys gobbling, and maybe...just maybe...you'll see one of our foxes.
