🌿🧘‍♀️ Friday Yoga & Juices in the Forest — Rain or Shine! 🧃✨

Just a little reminder that Friday is almost here! 💜

Join us at Sunny Valley Resort for Yoga & Juices in the Forest, a beautiful morning of movement, fresh air, community, and delicious fresh juice.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga begins at 11 AM

We’ll warm up slowly, build a little heat with some fun flowing movement, and then melt down into some delicious Yin and relaxation. 🍂🌲

🌦️ RAIN OR SHINE!
If the weather is beautiful, we’ll practice outside in the forest. If the rain comes, we’ll tuck ourselves into our warm greenhouse and enjoy the sound of the rain while we practice. 💜

Come spend your Friday morning moving, breathing, stretching, and slowing down with us. 💜

This is an all-levels yoga class, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome. I provide mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps, so you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable practice.

🌞 If it’s warm, we’ll practice outside under the trees.
🌿 If it’s chilly, we’ll cozy up inside our warm greenhouse.

Becky won’t be able to join us with her wonderful juices this week, but I’ll have some delicious hot tea waiting for everyone. ☕️🌸

🎬🌲 CALLING SOUTHERN OREGON FILMMAKERS! 🌲🎬

Something new is taking shape next season right next to the Little Amethyst Amphitheater at Sunny Valley Resort, and this one feels especially close to my heart. 💜

This past season taught me something important about our movie nights: rather than putting our energy and resources toward films that have already been heavily commercialized, I would much rather use our space in the forest to support the creative people right here in our Southern Oregon community.

So I’m looking for local independent filmmakers who would like to co-create an evening with us and feature their work under the stars.

🎤 An opportunity to introduce your film and share the story behind it
💬 A conversation or Q&A afterward

Short films, documentaries, feature films, student films and other original projects are welcome. I’m especially excited about work created here in Southern Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

I don’t want this to simply be a place where we show movies.

I want it to be a place where we support the people who make them.
