Motorcoach offering transportation
from Sunriver to Mt. Bachelor
Visit Central Oregon, in partnership with Oregon-based charter company Northwest Navigator Luxury Coaches, has been awarded a $40K match by Travel Oregon's Destination Ready investment program to run a pilot shuttle service to Mt. Bachelor from Sunriver and Bend.
Branded as “Navigate Oregon,” the shuttle service will begin Saturday, March 20 via Northwest Navigator's online reservation system at www.navigateoregon.com
* Cost: $30 round trip (+booking fee). Rider tickets must be purchased in advance as seating is limited. A one-way option is also available (this involves you already having a one-way drop off or pick up at the mountain).
* Schedule: Visit the website for the full schedule run and tickets. The shuttle will be offered daily between March 20 - 28. After March 28, the service will run Saturday and Sunday only to Memorial Day weekend.
* Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: SHARC’s Beaver Drive parking lot. Shuttle riders should park in in the Beaver Drive parking lot. Bend locations include the Riverhouse and Best Western Peppertree Inn.
COVID Safety: Northwest Navigator's luxury motorcoaches are optimized for passenger safety with their "Extreme Triple Clean Commitment" including upgrades that surpass state COVID-19 transportation safety guidelines. Protocols include thorough daily cleaning and disinfecting with an advanced HVAC air system, an antimicrobial protectant on all surfaces, and disinfecting of each vehicle. Socially distanced seating will be ensured with a maximum capacity of 35 passengers (no exception). Masks must also be worn at all times.
