For the purpose of ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and pets, please ensure that food and water dishes are not placed outside the camper's four walls, as this may attract unwanted wildlife such as raccoons and feral cats. There have been several reported incidents of raccoon sightings during daylight hours in the vicinity of campers and storage areas. Following consultation with the Sheriff's Office, it has been determined that while raccoon behavior is typical for this time of year, they pose a risk of disease transmission to dogs and cats. Although we are not permitted to trap these animals, we can notify the Sheriff's Department to take necessary action. If you encounter a raccoon or other feral animal, please contact us so that we can facilitate their removal and relocation from the campground. Additionally, feral cats can pose a danger, particularly to pets and small children, so it is essential to keep your pets on leashes at all times when outside the camper and to supervise children closely.
