Our brand new 4 story home comes with the best of everything and an elevator. Located just 1 mile from Surf City pier we are at MM 9 on NC-210 on the intracoastal. A beautiful new home completed in 2020 with pool and hot tub! 5 BR's & 4.5 Ba's ... All rooms with new Samsung smart TV's, 600 thread count sheets and fluffy pillows.

We own 1 of only 2 oceanfront sand dune decks with 4 parking spaces! Our deck has a covered outdoor kitchen equipped with BBQ grill/Elec/water/wifi and big screen TV! Watch your favorite sport, grill out and party! You can hang at the beach as late as you want and then go home to swim in the pool.
