We have availability April 26-May 3, May 24-May 31, the last two weeks in June, most of July and August as well weekly rentals from 9/13-10/4. November and December is available for shorter rental.

It's time to book your 2025 beach vacation. Dolphin Watch is available March 29-April 5, April 26-May 3, the last two weeks of June and most weeks in July and August. We also have availability in September-December 2025.

Dolphin Watch is the perfect place to get away for a fall or holiday retreat. Dolphin Watch Surf City is an oceanfront, dog friendly house with 3 BR, 2 BA, screen porch, sun deck and a covered entrance. Dolphin Watch Surf City has availability the weeks of 9/14-21 and 9/21-28. We also have some availability after November 9. Thanksgiving and Christmas are also available.
Believe it or not, we already have 5 weeks booked for 2025, so it's not too early to consider booking for next year!
