We are officially into Fall so time to book your spot meet vacation for 2027. My family moved to Raleigh last summer and are happy to be closer to the beach and are able to enjoy The Big Easy more often. This year we are opening our bookings early with 3 distinct seasons with different rates and minimum night stays.
1. May & August are best for adults or families with young kids not in school with a 3 day minimum stay.
2. June & July are the peak dates and best for families with school age kids with a 7 day rental Sunday to Sunday this year except for the last week of the month which includes 2 deep cleaning days so there is a 5 day rental opportunity Tuesday to Sunday) June 29-July 4 & July 27-August 1.
3. September is great for those guests with a flexible schedule because the weather is great aka locals summer and the crowds are small with a 3 day minimum stays.
**** AirBNB has created a new policy with the full fee being applied to the host and zero to the renter so the rates on AirBnB may be higher but so recommend comparing the total from both platforms . We offer rentals through VRBO and AirBnB.
