Starting in North Myrtle Beach, the Great Christmas Light Show features over two million lights along a two-mile drive, plus Santaβs Village with holiday treats and activities. In Myrtle Beach, Winter Wonderland at The Beach brings Christmas lights and entertainment near the famous oceanfront SkyWheel. Farther south, Murrells Inletβs MarshWalk Wonderland of Lights offers a free waterfront walk beneath glowing Christmas displays. Nearby Brookgreen Gardens hosts Nights of a Thousand Candles, where over 2,700 hand-lit candles, millions of lights, and Christmas music fill the beautiful gardens. In historic Georgetown, you can wander Front Street and the waterfront Harborwalk while enjoying the townβs holiday decorations. Charlestonβs Holiday Festival of Lights features a three-mile drive through James Island County Park, along with train rides, a carousel, and marshmallow roasting. Also in Charleston, Aquarium Aglow fills the South Carolina Aquarium with colorful indoor light displays and even a diving Scuba Claus! Finally, Hilton Head Islandβs Harbour Town Lights brings glowing Christmas figures and a towering decorated tree to the famous lighthouse and marina.
