All bedding (quilts, sheets, pillowcases, shams), bath towels and beach towels are washed after every stay. Every mattress and pillow are covered with protectors for your safety and cleanliness. Contactless check-in. You will be sent a unique code to access the property though the electronic smart lock starting a 4:00 pm on your scheduled day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am on your day of scheduled departure. Maximum 13 occupants. The house will sleep 10 adults comfortably with an additional 2 sleeper sofas. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Failure to follow these will result in termination of your stay with no refunds.
