As you may have noticed, Airbnb has recently implemented significant changes for hosts. Unfortunately, these changes do not align with our standards for providing an exceptional guest experience and have increased the costs associated with managing our properties. We believe our guests deserve better, and we’re committed to keeping your stay as affordable and enjoyable as possible.

That’s why we’re making direct booking with Beach Bird Properties our preferred option—and passing the savings on to you!
By booking directly through our website, you’ll receive our best available pricing without the additional costs associated with third-party booking platforms.

Through our software partner, Hospitable, we can also offer:
No security deposit required
$5 million in accident insurance coverage included
An additional $100 off any stay of seven nights or more when you use our permanent returning-guest coupon code: REPEAT
Simply enter REPEAT at checkout when booking directly through our website to enjoy your additional savings!

If you prefer a more personal booking experience, you’re also welcome to email your reservation request directly to [email protected]. We’ll be happy to provide pricing and available payment options.
We truly appreciate the opportunity to host you and value the relationships we’ve built with our returning guests. By booking directly, you help us continue providing the quality, service, and value you deserve while enjoying a more personal connection with us.
