We are Vacation Gear, and for 30 years, we’ve been saving families from the absolute nightmare of hauling cribs, surfboards, and beach chairs across state lines. We tell them to rent, don't haul, and they love us for it.

But delivering the dream of effortless beach chillin’ requires some seriously stellar backup. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Customer Service Rockstar who is equal parts helpful, high-energy, and completely unfazed by a ringing phone.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Playing Hero: Answering calls and emails from vacationers who forgot to order their golf cart or need a crib, like, yesterday.

Spreading the Good Vibes: Keeping our guests happy, informed, and ready to hit the Surfside and Garden City sand.

Mastering the Chaos: Coordinating with our delivery team so the right gear gets to the right beach house, right on time.

Are You the One?

Happy National Laundry Day! 🥳 ...Said no one ever.

We are looking for a high-energy, reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This isn't just about moving boxes; it’s about making sure our guests have the best week of their lives by providing top-notch beach gear, golf carts, and vacation essentials.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Hero’s Journey: Deliver and pick up rental gear (think bikes, 7-foot umbrellas, kayaks, and surfboards) to vacation homes and resorts.

Warehouse Wizardry: Organize, prep, and stage equipment so it’s ready to roll. No one likes a sandy surfboard, so keeping things clean is key!

The Pit Crew: Perform basic maintenance and quality checks on our fleet of golf carts and rental equipment.

Customer Connection: Be the friendly face of the company. You’ll be providing access codes, delivery updates, and maybe even a local tip or two.

What You Bring to the Beach
The License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable.

The Muscle: You’re comfortable lifting 50+ lbs (those umbrellas and kayaks don't move themselves!) and working in the coastal heat.

The Skills: Experience backing up a trailer is a huge plus. If you can maneuver a trailer like a pro, we want to talk to you.

The Vibe: You’re punctual, professional, and have a "can-do" attitude that shines even on a busy Saturday.
