Riviera Paradise is a two story 3rd row home with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 2 wrap around decks. The house faces the gulf and has a walkover right next to the property. Two master bedrooms are upstairs, each has its own bathroom and door leading to the deck. The rooms are connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom. In the children's room is a full size washer and dryer and a toy box with toys. The
room has both a full size bed and a mini crib for younger guests. The beds are all dressed and the bathrooms have towels, soap and shampoo, you need only to bring beach towels. Our kitchen has pots, pans, glasses and dinnerware, you will find a coffee pot and a blender too. The pantry is fully stocked, all we ask is that you replace what you use. You will need to bring perishables and water as the water supply is not recommended for drinking. We use about a gallon a day for 2 people. There is a propane grill on the deck great for grilling all the fish and crabs you will no doubt be catching while you are there! We have a table and chairs that we put outside for eating, the chairs are stored in the children's room closet. The table is stored inside until we arrive and place it on the deck. We have bar stools for the railing around the deck, it is great to people watch while having cocktails. Down stairs there is and outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a foot wash if you just need a quick rinse. Upstairs on the deck is a water hose if you forget to clean your feet at the foot wash. Sunrise and sunset are the most beautiful times of the day, but do not miss the night sky with all the millions of stars either. We open the windows at night to get a breeze through the house and so we can listen to the surf all night, it just lulls you to sleep.There is much more that I would love to tell you about our home, but let me invite you to experience it for yourself. We love it here and are only inviting friends and family to share it with. We have added many personal touches to our home that you will not find in a" rent pool" house and ask that you treat it as you would your own.
