Just open the event, choose the artist, browse the songs available for that specific event, and send your request.
The artist always stays in control and can accept, play, or decline requests.

When your song is accepted, you’re no longer just watching the show — you become part of the live music experience.

I love tarot cards and use them as a tool for self-awareness. They help me reflect on my life and recognize the areas where I still need to grow. Something interesting happens sometimes: I’ll ask the same question over a period of time and keep getting the same card. As I evolve and work through the lesson, the cards eventually change.

Lately, the card that keeps showing up is the Queen of Wands. The Queen of Wands represents creative confidence, charisma, passion, and personal power. She is bold, magnetic, visionary, and deeply connected to her intuition.

To me, she represents a phase of fearless confidence, owning my creative vision, leadership, and taking decisive action toward everything I’m building.

That’s my current vibe.

I recorded this while preparing BeatQuest for Y Combinator, and it helped me put the vision into words.

As a DJ, I’ve seen how much people want to participate in the music experience. Song requests happen everywhere, but they’re usually messy, random, and hard for DJs to manage.

BeatQuest creates a real-time request layer for live music.

Our mission is to create more abundance for artists and DJs by turning live music moments into new opportunities for connection and monetization.

For the past 4+ years, I’ve been deeply part of the Miami tech and music scene — DJing, producing events, and bringing communities together.

Now I’m bringing those worlds together in a new way.

Last week, I presented BeatQuest at Miami Innovation Academy — a startup rethinking how people interact with live music.

After years on dance floors, one thing became obvious:
people do not want to just hear the music. They want to be part of it.

That’s why we built BeatQuest — a live platform where audiences can request songs from DJs and musicians in real time.

The tool is now live, and YOU can already start requesting songs at www.beatquest.app

Grateful to the Miami Innovation Academy cohort and everyone who has been part of the journey so far.

Join us tomorrow, April 24 at The Rooft at The Moore for the BeatQuest pre-launch. Nearly 500 guests are already registered, and we’re bringing an all-female DJ lineup DJEN, Dayana Glez, Heather Lynn, Lyla and Mila Rubio.
