iny home rental community our full time jobs. We have tons of renovating experience flipping mobile & manufactured homes in Florida but nothing that involved building homes from the ground up. We are new to the mountain elevation, slopes and layout of the land but we are pushing forward and building our Airbnb dreams with what knowledge we do have & the help of Youtube university. With a mini excavator and Kubota on site we are cleaning, clearing and grading this beautiful mountain view property with a creek and drive way bridge & turning it into an income producing property that will support our minimalist lifestyle. Our plans are to build a school bus conversion, tiny house and a geodesic dome to top it off the mountain view and natural sounds of the creek, we're turning 1 property 2 acres into 3 income producing pads on airbnb for the up coming 2023 vacation year, we invite you along for this journey of a lifetime. This move for us has always been more about the journey than the business for us so we make family and fun our top priority. We're young parents that felt over worked and under paid we realized time was our most valuable asset so we fought to gain that time back for ourselves. After firing our bosses and crowning each other CEO's of our new adventure company we vowed to put every effort we had into our future and the growth of our company.
