Peak color is rolling into our stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway right about now. The highest overlooks have had their moment, and the color is sliding down into the hills around Sylva over the next several days. Misty mornings, golden ridgelines, and views that change a little more every day.

If a leaf peeping drive is on your weekend list, make Sylva your home base. Spend the day on the Parkway, then come back to Main Street for dinner and a cozy bed.

The skeletons are out, the marquee is up, and Friends Night Out is TOMORROW — Thursday, Oct 15, 3–8 PM in downtown Sylva!
