First up: Tacoma business licensing.

The City of Tacoma’s annual business license fee is based on anticipated worldwide gross income: not only the income from your Tacoma property.

Here’s the current annual fee schedule:

• Under $12,000: $37
• $12,000–$250,000: $190
• $250,001–$1,000,000: $435
• $1M–$5M: $1,500
• Over $5M: $2,000

Before you furnish, photograph, and open your calendar:

✨ Confirm the property’s jurisdiction
✨ Estimate worldwide gross income correctly
✨ Verify all city, county, state, tax, and safety requirements

Tacoma rules may not be the same as Gig Harbor or Puyallup requirements. Local details matter: especially when you’re investing from out of town, preparing a snowbird home, or managing a property for a military family.

When I founded **Corporate Condo Collection** in 2013, we were a downtown Seattle–based furnished housing provider focused primarily on corporate condominium rentals.

A lot has changed since then—and our company has evolved right along with the needs of our guests and property owners.

Today, our collection extends beyond condominiums to include single-family homes, extended-stay accommodations, and vacation rentals throughout the Puget Sound. After several years in the making, our new name now better reflects the elevated, personalized hospitality experience we have grown to provide.
