Commencement View Cottage is located just a 7 minute walk down to the popular waterfront will all of the great walking trails, restaurants, and bars. There is plenty of parking. Enjoy all of the amenities including: BBQ, dishwasher, gas appliances, washer/dryer, toiletries, games, WII, movies, and everything needed for cooking. There is a 2 night minimum.

Hello friends after 10 years of renting our Cottage on Airbnb, we will start renting it long term in May. The economy has really hit Airbnbs. These are the lowest prices we have ever had and it's not booking. This is a unique property. We won't be putting this back on airbnb so if you know someone interested have them follow my link.
No we aren't interested in selling, we just aren't ready to move to our future retirement house.
