Great bird watching and great for relaxation. Green lights for night fishing and fish cleaning table onsite. Close to Rockport and Portland and 30 min to Corpus Christi. No smoking allowed in cottages. No pets

Now booking the Blue Cottage! Recently renovated, the blue cottage accommodates up to 12 guests. 2 bedrooms on second level with 1 full bath and private balcony. First level has full-size bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa and 1 full bath. Enjoy water views from all windows. Enjoy fishing on Copano Bay (near Bayside, Tx) and stay at a Bayfront cottage. Property has 2 cottages, currently renting the Orange Cottage. Quiet and secluded area. $175.00/night plus taxes (2-day min.) Private pier, pavilion right on the water (bar b que/picnic table available) and private balcony overlooking the bay. Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper accommodates 4 comfortably. Every window has a beautiful water view. Wifi and cable tv included. Great bird watching and Great for relaxation or a romantic getaway. Green lights for night fishing and fish cleaning table onsite. Boat marina down the street. Close to Rockport and Portland and 30 minutes to Corpus Christi. Maximum occupancy: 4 and up to 6 with extra fees of $25/person per night No smoking allowed in cottage. No pets Amenities such as cookware, towels, linen, microwave, and coffeemaker are included.
