🌊 We’re Hiring for Summer 2026! 🌲
Team Tahoe is excited to open hiring for the May–October 2026 season!
If you’re passionate about hospitality, safety, teamwork, and the outdoors, this could be your dream summer job. Come work and play surrounded by crystal-clear waters, unbeatable views, hiking, and more.
✨ What to expect:
• $17.75/hour (ALL hours paid) with opportunities for in-season raises
• 35–40 hours/week (varies by location & season) + occasional overtime
• Couples work the same schedule with 2 days off
• Diverse roles overseeing campgrounds, beaches & day-use areas
• FHU & off-grid sites available + fuel stipends
• Golf carts for camp hosts & work vehicles for site managers

Baldwin Beach, Nevada Beach and Pope Beach, Officially opens for the 2025 season tomorrow. Friday May 16th!! Season Day Passes will be sold at all 3 locations. The cost of the pass this year is $120.00. The cost of the Day Pass is $12.00. As a reminder Dogs are not allowed at Pope or Baldwin Beach. Dogs are welcome at the boat in area of Nevada beach or Kiva beach. Dog Must Be on a 6' leash at all times. We look forward to seeing you this season.

Happy May Day! Tahoe Recreation is happy to announce that Inspiration Point parking area is now open for the 2025 season. As a reminder this is and has always been a FEE area. Please follow the instructions on the kiosk to pay your FEE. FEE Envelopes and Pens are provided at the Kiosk. Thank you and Enjoy the views!

True Fact!

Please don't feed the wildlife...no matter how persistently they stare at your snacks! 👀

Ravens are notorious campsite bandits! These clever birds can tear into bags, unzip backpacks, open containers, scatter your kitchen supplies, and quickly sn**ch your food.

Often portrayed as tricksters or villainous sidekicks, ravens are incredibly intelligent. They even know when a rival raven is watching their hidden food stash!

To keep your campsite raven-proof:

✅ Store all food in secure, animal-proof containers.

✅ Pack away kitchen items when not in use.

✅ Never leave trash or scraps out—ravens (and other wildlife) will definitely take advantage!

A little extra caution protects your supplies and helps keep wildlife wild.

Whose ready to Camp!! Fallen Leaf, Nevada and William Kent,campgrounds will open May 23rd, for the 2025 season. Baldwin, Pope and Nevada Beach, beaches will open May 16th!!
