We offer a magical "Old Tahoe" experience and enjoy taking good care of lovely guests from around the world! We are a bed and breakfast just 1.3 miles South of Tahoe City on Highway 89. On the lake side of the highway with access to a private Homeowners Assoc. Some of our rooms have a peek view of the lake through the trees while the others have garden views. We are within walking distance to West Shore Market, FireSign Cafe, Spoon Tahoe and Sunnyside Marina and restaurant.

The Cottage Inn-Lake Tahoe is located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, just 2 miles south of Tahoe City and 3 miles north of Homewood Mountain Resort. The Cottage Inn is the North Lake Tahoe areas premiere boutique lodging destination, and its best kept secret. The Inn is renowned for its 24 individually stylized rooms, suites and deluxe suites all in the “Tahoe” cottage style.

The Inn prides itself on first-in-class guest service in the Bed And Breakfast style of hospitality. The Inn offers gourmet breakfast offerings daily with made from scratch baked goods and breakfast options which are lovingly cooked by their chefs daily.
