We have also reposted our perfect health inspection score of zero violations. November 1, 2019 I reopened this old hotel and getting to this point has included effort from many along the way.. so a thank you to everyone who has helped, cheered me on, rented rooms and prayed for the success of Hootie Creek. A successful business isn't always measured in the profit, I believe there is value in those untrackable categories like community impact, friendships, and those memorable moments. Cheers to six year and counting..

Three projects underway this summer, in picture #1, manager Almon is giving room five upstairs a face liift. Pics 2 & 3, exterior repainting, and the color were using. The last pictures are of a common areas restroom that will be in the giftshop museum, new electrical, new water lines and plumbing challenges solved, and we are currently skim coating the walls. I promise we'll make it pretty when it's finished. Old buildings are a lot of work (and money), but worth it! Things are looking messy right now, but we are excited to unveil the renovations fully completed soon. We hope everyone is making it thru the ☀️ ok.
