I have a heart that loves to serve others and make them feel special. Our weekend guest were spending their honeymoon here at Southern Comfort and they had a sweet little surprise awaiting them. We always have a s’mores kit surprise but we felt this couple needed some extra love.
We appreciate all of our guest and we are so thankful you choose us to serve you. Your letters of gratitude and appreciation make my day they are the first thing I look for at checkout time.

The boss man has done it again! He is giving us girls more work to do! 😂jk, but not really!
We are so excited to for our next project at Aunt Daisys place on Billy Creek Road. Williams Ranch Rentals will be expanding and this location will for sure be a favorite.

On Airbnb on rating there is a Value rating at the end. Basically it’s asking you if you feel like it was worth it for the price you paid. The last two people have left a 4 star on that one and it’s kinda drove me insane. I’ve never had any rating below a 5 star.
Let me explain why our pricing is what it is and possibly you can understand why we have to charge the prices that we do. Btw some of the $100 a night places require you bring your own bedding and towels.

First of all when you show up at our place there is nothing that you need. We have it all but the food you eat.

A list of what we provide that’s extra:
Coffee
Creamer
Hand soaps
Shampoo and Conditioner
Body wash
Nice towels and bedding
Laundry supplies
Firewood
S’mores kit

Amenities:
Hot tub that requires refilled and chemical weekly.
Propane Grill that requires propane bottles
Two propane fire pits that require propane
Wood fire pit that requires wood
A grass lawn that is maintained weekly
Two stocked ponds that have to be mowed around
Karaoke machine that requires frequent batteries for microphones.
Starlink internet.

Insurance for a commercial property is $500 a month.
Electric $200 a month
Starlink $150 a month
Cleaners $150 per stay
If I’m not home to do lawn it’s $175 a week
Pest control $150 a month
Plus the cost of all of the supplies we furnish.

If you do not need all of these amenities and want a lower price there are places near that you can rent but the above is what you can expect from us. Also, book direct and skip the extra Airbnb fees!

If you love outdoors this is the place to be!!
Two stocked ponds to fish! Hot tub with a sunset view! Party pavilion with tv, co****le, karaoke, gas grill, fire table! Close to ATV trails! Plenty of parking for trailers.
Two bedroom rental AND a RV hookup by the pavilion for a minimal fee when you also rent the cabin! Invite your friends and split the bill!

As of right now April and May are pretty open! Message for deals!
