🏗️ Progress is rising — literally!
The construction crew at Hale Scout Reservation is hard at work, and the walls for our new Adult Leader Training Building are going up today!

This exciting new facility will serve as a comfortable, modern space for leader development courses like IOLS, First Aid, and CPR — and it’ll be ready for summer camp season. ☀️🏕️

We’re thrilled to see the building taking shape and can’t wait to welcome leaders into this new space! 👷‍♂️💪

The Adult Leadership and Training Center construction is not the only work happening this fall at Hale Scout Reservation. Our Administrative facility is also getting an overhaul. The floors look amazing! Next up is the tongue and groove coverings for the wall.

Every day a little better! Join us in Summer 2026 to see all of the upgrades and continued improvements happening at Hale Scout Reservation.

We’ve loved seeing all your creative guesses in the comments — now it’s time to share the news! 🙌

Hale Scout Reservation is getting a brand-new Adult Training Center & Scoutmaster Lounge! 🎉

Construction is already underway, and it will be ready to welcome you summer 2026! 🌞

This incredible new space is designed just for our adult leaders and features:
✅ A dedicated space for training like IOLS, First Aid, and CPR
✅ A Scoutmaster lounge with workspaces and comfortable seating
✅ Private individual restrooms for both youth and adults
✅ And yes… full A/C throughout — even in the restrooms! ❄️

We’re excited to give our leaders a comfortable, modern space to learn, recharge, and support their Scouts.
