You do not need to spend your entire trip racing from reservation to reservation.

Some of the best moments here happen in the in-between — coffee by the water, an unplanned paddle, a long lunch, a swim before sunset, or deciding not to leave the property at all.

The Keys are better when you leave a little room for the day to surprise you.

5 Things First-Time Guests Should Know

Coming to Coconut Palm Inn for the first time? Here are a few things we'd want you to know before you arrive. 🌴

1. You don't have to wait until 4 PM to start enjoying the Inn. If you arrive early, stop by. If your room isn't ready, we'll happily hold your luggage while you settle into island time.
2. Leave some of the gear at home. Kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs and pool towels are already here for you.
3. Bring a reusable water bottle. You'll find refill stations around the property.
4. Don't over-schedule yourself. Some of the best afternoons here start with absolutely no plan at all.
5. Be here for sunset. Trust us on this one.

Sometimes knowing the little things makes a getaway even better.

“Wishing we were still in the Keys! Seriously, might as well be Kokomo. Steven and I had the best time staying in their Thatch Palm Suite—these pictures only scratch the surface. In addition to fishing and dolphin watching, we biked, kayaked, and SUPed. We were also treated to morning coffee and muffins, s’mores every night, and greetings from Coco the Cat. Highly recommend staying there if you’re in south Florida!”
