We currently have NO sites available. If interested please ask to be put on our waiting list. As of September 1,2020 rates will be as follows.
Monthly: $350.00 includes, water , sewer, cable TV . You pay electric. $100.00 electric deposit, $50.00 cable box deposit. Please check back often as things can change overnight. Application required. Background checks performed. RV no older than 2005.
