Our dear friend Don.
Truly one of the best people to walk this earth.

When we started clearing this land in 2020, Don came by to check it out and said "It feels like we're on top of the world".

We couldn't come up with anything better than that when we started trying to find our name, so we asked him if we could use it. He was honored, and now the name of this campground means more than ever.

We love you Don!
Thanks for the friendship, the laughter and the name ❤️
You will be greatly missed.

Our dear friend John Wyatt loved Tennessee so much he built 2 homes here after creating this song ❤️

We’re grateful for the gift of his voice, his presence, and the moments we shared. Though he’s no longer with us here, his songs lives on.
