We are officially open for the season starting today, Thursday, April 16th!

Swing by Indian Boundary General Store to kick off the season! Here are our hours for the first week:

• Thursday, April 16th: 12 PM – 5 PM

• Friday, April 17th: 10 AM – 6 PM

• Saturday, April 18th: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Sunday, April 19th: 10 AM – 5 PM

Following our opening weekend, the store’s regular hours will be 10AM to 5PM.

We are thrilled to finally share some exciting news…
Hopefully by March, we’ll be opening the doors to Cherohala Outpost — a new kind of stop in our beautiful East Tennessee community.

We (Chad and Kelley, former owners of Indian Boundary General Store) have teamed up with our good friends Billy and Stacy (current owners of IBGS) to bring this dream to life — and we couldn’t be more excited (or more grateful!).

At Cherohala Outpost, you’ll find:
🧺 Picnic supplies for outdoor adventures
🍦 Hand-dipped ice cream (the real deal!)
🥤 Refreshing drinks & classic road trip snacks
🎲 Fun games for the kids
… and maybe even a few surprises along the way 😉

Follow along for a bumpy ride! Feel free to send up a couple prayers along the way. So grateful for this opportunity!

We hope everyone has enjoyed their New Years Holiday, and we couldn’t be more excited for Indian Boundary’s 2024 Season Grand Opening to be approaching!

We want to remind you all that campground reservations for opening day, April 18th, will start to release on January 18th (three months in advance)! Reservations typically start at 10AM, so make sure to be up bright and early to secure a spot!
