Carmen has you been running the Tin Lizzie Inn for a year now. The reviews on TripAdvisor should be all the recommendation you need. She is 5 diamond and glowing. As the owner of the Tin Lizzie Inn, I can say she has been a joy to work with.

I know in time she will be leaving to go elsewhere, I just hope it's not soon. If it were up to me, she would have a permanent home at the Tin Lizzie Inn. I am holding back on my recommendation for fear of losing her to another Inn.

I hired Carmen to take over for me at my bed-and-breakfast in Northfield, Minnesota for three weeks while I traveled in Italy. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint!
She both display a consistent commitment to providing excellent customer service. My guests all gave her rave reviews and said that she made them feel extremely welcome and well taken care of. Carmen is an excellent cook who provides delicious breakfasts (and I'm sure other meals if need be). Carmen is very warm and friendly, she will have no trouble conversing at length with the variety of customers one encounters in any hospitality oriented business.
In addition, she kept up the property and cared for my four cats with the same level of care and commitment. I felt very comfortable leaving things in their hands and was not surprised to find everything in perfect order when I returned from my trip.
I would not hesitate to recommend Carmen as an Innsitter. She is extremely capable and completely trustworthy. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
