This page is a scam they steal legitimate information and post as they own. To Whom It May Concern,
This message serves as a formal notice regarding your unauthorized use, publication, and misrepresentation of my rental property as your own. It has come to my attention that you have stolen my original post and photos and are actively using them to deceive and scam individuals.
Let me be clear:
Your actions constitute fraud, identity misrepresentation, copyright infringement, and digital property theft. I have documented all screenshots, timestamps, and links as evidence.
You are hereby ordered to immediately remove all posts, advertisements, photos, and descriptions related to my property. Failure to comply will result in the following:
1. A formal police report for fraud and online impersonation
2. A complaint filed with the platform’s security/fraud department
3. A report to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for internet scam activity
4. Potential civil action seeking damages, attorney’s fees, and injunctive relief
This is your only warning.
You have 24 hours from receipt of this message to delete every unauthorized listing and cease any further use of my property information. After that, all reports and legal actions will proceed without further notice.
