Meet Bridget O'Brien, our Vice President of Systems & Processes here at Mas Alpha Securities & Meadowlark!

Bridget has always been drawn to the outdoors. Originally from New Jersey, she spent several years in Denver building an accomplished career in business consulting, helping organizations develop efficient systems, streamline operations, and create processes that drive long-term success before making the move to Wyoming to help build the next chapter of Mas Alpha Securities & Meadowlark.

Building a destination resort from the ground up takes more than great people. It takes thoughtful systems, strong processes, and countless details working together behind the scenes. Bridget plays a key role in making all of that happen, helping ensure our team can deliver an incredible experience for every guest who visits.

When she's not optimizing processes, you'll likely find Bridget exploring the trails with her dog, Ziggy, discovering a new hiking route, or taking in everything Meadowlark and the beautiful Bighorn Mountains have to offer.

Bridget can't wait to welcome everyone to Meadowlark this winter, so be sure to say hello when you see her around the mountain!

Welcome to Meadowlark’s behind the scenes.

The past few months have been a mix of grit and dreaming. From renovating cabins to the creative strategy sessions mapping out the guest experiences we can’t wait to share with you.

It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing these spaces and ideas take shape is incredibly rewarding. We are just getting started, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next.

Some of our favorite memories begin with a simple invitation and end somewhere deep in the Wyoming wilderness.

Throughout the season, we'll surprise our lodge guests with intimate evenings gathered around a beautifully set table, incredible food, a roaring fire, and the mountains as the sun disappears over the horizon.

No two experiences will be exactly alike, and that's exactly the point.

Follow along for lodge booking details and more announcements coming soon.

Opening December 27, 2026.

The heart of Meadowlark is the community around us, and on Saturday, we loved seeing Main Street lined with familiar faces.

From tossing a little winter cheer from our float to feeling the dust of the rodeo arena and watching the fireworks over the cliffs, it was a beautiful reminder of why we love this region.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated the 4th of July with us in Ten Sleep.
