Summer sunrises are so magical. Wake up early and head to the Chisos before the heat of the day. The temps are in the low 60s early in the morning in the basin. Little to no crowds. Low rates. Summer is a good time to visit.

Our guest laundry is now fully operational. You have access to a brand new washer and dryer. We also provide the laundry detergent for your convenience.

Did you know that the nearest public laundromats are over an hour away (one-way)? The one we had in Terlingua shut down a while ago. Very few rentals in the area offer a laundry. If you are on a longer trip, this is a big convenience, allowing you to pack lighter.
